my family…

The Lord has blessed me two wonderful, godly parents and three awesome siblings – two guys and one girl.  They’re my best friends and I’m so grateful they’re mine.  I’m the second oldest and I enjoy our fun and crazy family adventures each and every day.

me…

I love dressing up just because I can, twirling in empty hallways, and happy colors.  I find smiling irresistible and laughter, too.  One of my greatest joys in life is making people laugh – if it takes telling the silliest, most ridiculous thing that happened to me or literally being a clown, I’ll do it.

I’m a hands-on person and am thrilled with a challenge to fix something.  Writing is also a favorite.  I’m a voracious reader, usually six different books at once.  I’m short and lost in a crowd because of it, but I assure you that I delight in my height (does that rhyme?).  Perhaps this is why I’m a “kid magnet” – I’m usually holding or hugging, teaching Sunday school, playing cars under the table, or dressing up.

I can’t tie a bow worth anything and I usually have my family rolling with laughter at my most recent baking disaster (I can cook, I promise, it’s just at times…well, things don’t always go well).  I’m competitive in sports and love being outdoors.  Occasionally I dream in another language and I’m famous for my odd injuries and my crazy misadventures, which cause many laughs.

Really, I delight in living life – fully for my Savior, whether that’s sharing, talking, encouraging, or making others laugh!

He’s my life…

And most of all, I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus; He’s my greatest joy, the reason I breathe.  Without Him, I’m nothing.  He’s rescued me from my sins and given me new life, which I now live for Him.  He’s my all in all.

And I love Him dearly.
